I first saw this film about 10 years ago, perhaps on the Family Channel. It's been rarely seen here in the U.S.
However, on Wednesday, January 20th, Encore Westerns is premiering this 1970 film at 8:00 PM Eastern.
It will be repeated on Sunday, January 24th, at 8:30 AM & later at 6:15 PM Eastern.
It will be pretty cool seeing Dan in a role other than Hoss. He was a great actor.

I remember seeing this back in the 70s. It still is pretty good--I could not believe the quality of the picture on my big screen.
shareCaught some of this last night on the said channel. When I saw Jim Backus, I was like, "Oh, good, here's another role he did after Gilligan's Island was cancelled." Pretty funny film. I thought Dan Blocker was familiar, too. Didn't he die recently?
