Does john wayne do alot of shooting in this movie? help asap please

I herd there were not many shoot outs and that wanye was not in them is that true?

There is a few shoot outs, but yes wayne does not do any, he does have a good fist fight mind, but its ruined by what is obviously a stunt guy easy to see standing in for wayne, this by all accounts really annoyed john wayne in real life, because its obvious and was really badly done

Thanks i watched it it was pretty decent i liked the story the best.

John Wayne has a shootout at the beginning but he uses his fists more often.
There are several shootouts but with Billy the Kid and Pat Garret.
