Good grief! Anyone who has spent ANY time around horses knows that they don't grunt, groan, and make a noise EVERY time they are going uphill, misstep, etc.
There were w-a-a-y too many extraneous/superfluous equine utterances in this flick. Ridiculous!!!
Maybe the horses were all girls. They seem to need to make noise in order to verify their existence.

Funny I was just thinking the same thing! Even when people were in bed there were horse snorts!
