'We're considering MCCLOUD for release in 2008.'

Those were the exact words of Warner's rep during the Home Theater Forum's annual chat. So the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter!!!

Beautiful! It is LONG overdue, especially as I have read that it was one of Robert Altman's favorites in his career. I just hope that Warner Bros. will do a special edition DVD with interviews with Bud Cort, Sally Kellerman, etc.

It is just a shame that this wasn't done during Altman's lifetime.

Yes! Interviews are a MUST!

I look forward to this!

Are you going to pull those pistols or whistle "Dixie"?

Hopefully a commentary track by Altman was recorded, too (the commentary track for the recently released Thieves Like Us was apparently done in 1988! I'm guessing it was for a laserdisc release).

They BETTER release it!!!! It is loooooong overdue. Hopefully they do a better job of it than was done on Harold and Maude.
