I know it was 1970, but good god, what a brutal movie and FAKE! Ya Dean, throw throw a mask on Bisset and leave her laying there right in front of the hole. Haaa, are you kidding me? I assume he was most likely drunk, but cmon! Then when he gets up to the cockpit, he tells someone to check on her, wtf? Why didnt you! Was so important for you to get to the cockpit? NO! That guy screaming "grab him, he has a bomb!". Was funnier then anything in "Airplane". I was 1 when this came out and grew up on the "Airplane" comedy, but after finally watching this whole movie, they didnt have to change the comedy much, just use 50% of this movie, god this is so bad, it`s funny!

I'd think it would be important for the co-pilot to be in the cockpit after a bomb has gone off in the plane.

The "grab him, he has a bomb!" guy was supposed to be funny.

They only used about 1% of this movie genius. Like many others, you think "Airplane" is based mainly on "Airport". It's not, it's almost scene for scene based on "Zero Hour".

Agreed. This film is laugh-out-loud funny. When it's not being paint-drying dull.

I have to agree,just finished watching it (God that was a painful 2 hours),film was a drama one minute then comedy then "disaster",totally didnt know what it was.
How did the bomber get thru security?Didnt they check anything in those days?He looked so obviously sneaky and nervous doing it,clinging to the briefcase the whole time,it was hilarious.
The first hour was like some cheesy soap opera drama type thing,with Burt n Deans woman problems,who f'n CARES!!!! I suppose the old lady stowaaway was supposed to be "funny",well she wasnt ,she was really annoying.
The best bit was the moany guy grabbing the bag off the stewardess and saying "thats his property you catn take it" and gives it back to the bomber" HAHAHA
o yea that was right after she slaps the old biddy,even more funny.
This was definetly one of the most ridiculous films i have ever seen

Well, as a minimum requirement that sounds about right.
i'm sorry that your IQ is too low to enjoy this movie.

Gerrywoss, totaly agree with you, this movie was one of the most ridiculous thing I ever saw.
And Rorysa - calling somebody a 12 year old for pointing out the obvious ridiculousness of this movie (even providing arguments for it) is really 12 year oldish ;)
