Trivia question: Why change the runway numbers from the novel?

This is utter trivia but the runway numbers in the film differ from the novel. Anyone what to hazard a guess as to why the numbers are changed in the screenplay?

Runway 30 (the longer runway in the novel) becomes Runway 29 in the film version.
Runway 25 (the shorter runway in the novel) becomes runway 22 in the film version.

Did they use the real runway numbers from the airport they filmed at? Maybe they thought that the real runway numbers might be seen on film.

reply

That's exactly it. They filmed at Minneapolis airport and used the runway numbers unique to that airport.
