Spoiler: The Flip Side of Satan

Man,this is a fantastic show. Excellent writing! However, there are a few questions about the Flip Side of Satan.

So, Arte Johnson's character was sent to this remote radio station in rural California by his agent who discovered that JJ had an affair with and what connected to his wife's suicide. Okay, what was the radio station? Was it just a place set up by devil worshippers (or the devil himself) to even look like a radio station? If it was a real radio station ,how would its business keep going if they kept killing/sacrificing their DJs? Or, was this place really in the Outre' (netherworld) and the agent was really some kind of demon that JJ didn't know about.
