Little Girl Lost

I have seen some cheap looking episodes of this show before but this one took the cake. So much stock footage and an ending so laughable in it's execution that it ruined the whole story. I also noticed that the stock footage used here is the exact same footage used for the episode where earth exchanged the deformed guy for the guy on another planet. Lazy.

You want a toe? I can get you a toe, believe me. There are ways, Dude.

Actually I found it a pretty creepy episode, overall. Ah well, to each his own.

I also found it creepy and effective for the most part, but the ending, where they 'splain it all, was overwrought in my opinion.

I don't know, I kind of found it especially creepy that the scientists, as soon as they begin testing Windom's weapon, unwittingly bring about the end of the world--by setting the atmosphere on fire.

When the first atomic bomb was tested at Los Alamos, some of the physicists were actually taking bets on whether that would happen as a result!

Just saw this episode tonight. Most striking aspect was the reuse of sound effects and footage directly from "Colossus: The Forbin Project".
