It lost me quite a few times partly because I walked into the theater 7 minutes late but mostly due to bad editing. It shifts through scenes in a very messy and borderline comedic manner.
It also has MANY "film school shots"-- unnecessary zoom-ins that make for unintentionally comedic effect.
Horrible cinematography.

Jaime Sánchez was absolutely god awful. He reminded me of Michael Pena as he looks now but without the talent.

Yeah, I bailed after one hour. Sorrynotsorry.



I agree with that, the film is too long and would have been a lot better if it was tightened up. I found that as much as I wanted to like it I kept getting bored with it.

Sometimes a movie or tv show plot is so stupid that only the stupid can understand it.

Exactly. I suspect that the two previous posters only saw the film relatively recently and wanted something more fast moving.

Yeah. The editing is terrible and blatantly so - absolutely no finesse. The camera work, especially the zooms, is jarring.



Another millennial in film school. Stick to watching films like deadpool.
