Behind the scenes/making of magazine
Did anyone else get a copy of this when it was out? I'm glad I did; one went for $117.50 on eBay in January of 2011. There have been none since then listed. When I bought it at Books-a-Million there were several copies, and they had them for quite some time before the second issue came out on "The Dollars Trilogy" which is still available. Currently issue #3 is out on Kelly's Heroes.
