Does this film feature a scene where someone in a wheelchair is decapitated? If so, then this is a movie I remember from my childhood that I've been trying to figure out what movie it was for years...can anyone help? Think "million dollar movie" from ABC in New York in the 1970's if I remember correctly...

No, I didn't see anybody in a wheelchair decapitated.
