Help - Richard Mulligan as 'Dan Morse'

I have watched this movie many times - at least 5.

Can someone please tell me where Richard Mulligan's characted "Dan Morse" appears?

I was a big fan of "Soap" when I was young and always liked Mulligan. I was surprised to see him in the credits for "The Undefeated".

However, I can't place him in the movie.

I assume, with a character named "Dan Morse", that Mulligan played a civilian character.

Can anyone help me with this one?

Watched it at least a dozen times thinking this is going to be the time I see Richard.

Nope!

Maybe cutting room floor and they just didn't change the credits?
