When she meets John McMartin (possibly the most boring actor in the universe) Oh this is why the movie FLOPPED.
That scene in the elevator goes on forever ! He's sooooooooo unappealing . This just killed the movie!

That was kind of the point, I thought. Being trapped in an elevator is a very troubling, boring, claustrophobic experience. Kudos to the movie for making you actually feel that.
