Is there anyway to find out the name of the actress who played Emma from Emma’s Tasty Food Emporium?

Chuck Conners isn't listed either and he was in it at the end. I loved it when he said please let me die with my boots on LOL. Funny as hell
shareNo, that's in "Support Your Local GUNFIGHTER", and Conners is credited as a cast member.

shareNo, he's not Merlin Olsen. I've seen the guy before--don't know his name--but he was a character actor for years before this film; I remember seeing him playing cops as far back as the '50s, long before Olsen got into the business. He's been in a lot of westerns, too. First time I've ever seen him with a beard, but he's definitely not Merlin Olsen.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
One of the guys is the diner is Robert Anderson.
