Sole Survivor now owned by Turner

Most of the "movie of the week" releases made before 1972 are now owned by Turner Broadcasting, including this one. They have no intention of releasing it to DVD, but do occasionally play it on TCM. Just an aside: this movie never won an emmy because it was never nominated. The author, Guerdon Trueblood, wasn't aware he had to nominate it for it to be considered! He only has a VHS copy of it as well.

That's interesting but I'm looking directly at the TCM Archive database and only Dean Koontz' Sole Survivor (2000) and another film with the same name listed as being from 1983 are listed. Where did you see this film as being owned by Turner and run on TCM?
