Official dvd anywhere?
Never forgotten this film and seems like many people share the same experience-totally baffled why there`s still no official remastered dvd.

shareI've had that argument with CBS time after time. Until they can find a way to profit from it, it's not going to happen.
I wouldn't buy a black market copy either. Moat of the copies suck, and CBS is watching eBay for them, regardless. NOT a good idea.
Let's face it--it's a very small portion of a very large market, and like most other things, we can't control the outlook.

Maybe with renewed WWII/plane/desert interest, they should quickly find the master tape and release a 700x480p DVD, compared to the 240x200 vhs rips.
Interesting. Thanks for the link.
I hope they get this back to civilisation before it's taken for scrap.
