This could be the missing film we are getting confused about (NOT soul S

After some research on the web, I believe the film that everyone remembers being black and white and the people not knowing they are ghosts until the end is an episode of Armstrong Circle Theater with George Segal called "Ghost Bomber" Season 10 Ep 24 (air date Feb. 3, 1960). But here is another episode with the same cast called Ghost bomber that was Season 10, Episode 8 air date Sep. 28, 1960. These are listed on Imdb but no more info than that.

The same program seems to have had another episode a little later called "Ghost Bomber: The Lady Be Good" (Season 11, Episode 7, Aired Feb 03, 1960) and they all seem to have the same cast. I see that the above episode and this have the same air dates but different seasons/episode but I guess things have gotten muddled up during the years. There at least seems to be two different episodes that aired very close top each other and had the same names.

"Douglas Edwards narrates the film clips in this documentary about one of the great mysteries of World War II. In 1943, a B-24 bomber returning to Africa from a bombing run in Italy disappeared just a few moments from it's scheduled landing. A search for the missing plane was eventually called off when no evidence of it crashing could be found. Last year, it was finally discovered in the Libyan desert, 400 miles from its intended destination. The radio was still workable, the coffee drinkable, but no evidence of its crew could be found." (from www . tv . com)

Someone needs to talk with George before he pops his clogs! He is "The sole survivor" literally and the mystery will be buried with him !

EDIT; gha, nevermind, after some further reading it turns out the episode aired in sept 28th was a rerun according to http://ctva.biz/US/Anthology/ArmstrongCircleTheatre_11_(1959-60).htm

Te correct season is Ep 7 s.11.... and seems to be a play acted documentary with some narration....
