Did I hear right - Blofield went to all this trouble, and hatched this insane scheme to end life on earth, because he wanted a Count title and amnesty for past offenses?? Was that all he wanted?? Ridiculous.
shareYeah his goals are kind of all over the place. He went from blackmailing the top superpowers in the world, to this, and then back to blackmailing and global threats in Diamonds are Forever.
shareI don't think he had any intention of reforming. He wanted to be able to move around openly in the world. Being constantly hunted by every country in the world restricted his operations.
