What happened to Professor Peach?

Did the fantastic Professor Peach get deported from Turin for molesting the fat woman on the bus or do you think he was implicated in the robbery and served time in the italian jails where he had to eat spaghetti four times a day?

I have often wondered the same thing.
I suspect the answer was to be forthcoming in the sequel which was never made.

It's unclear what happened. Perhaps Professor Peach was invited home by the woman and lived happily ever after with her in Turin.

It was not a bus as I recall but a tram. Turin is crisscrossed with a network of tram lines

Yeah, poor Professor Peach. It was a bit strange to abandon him with no explanation.

You might very well think that. I couldn't possibly comment.

Professor Peach was in the film as much to provide Benny Hill with a cameo role as anything else - he was basically playing the same character as in his TV shows. There were several other Sixties British TV comedy stars who featured briefly - John Le Mesurier, Fred Emney and Irene Handl as well as Simon Dee, a Radio 1 DJ who was carving out a (short-lived) career on TV at the time.
