I was so sad that the Aston Martin DB4 was thrown over the cliff

I was more upset at the Minis being wrecked

It wasn't an Aston Martin that got thrown over the cliff, just another car made to look like an Aston Martin.

I too was more upset about the Minis going over the cliff.

The 'DB4' that went over the cliff, wasn't actually a DB4. It was a Lancia Flaminia 'DB4 dress-up'. Lot's of info on the cars here.....

I felt much sorrier for the Minis, who were the real stars of the film, and the two gorgeous E-Types.

I probably had the same look in my face as Michael Caine when that happened. I personally could never destroy an Aston Martin especially that one, no mattr what.

Also we all know that it wasn't a real Aston that was destroyed, it's just the thought of one being treated like that.

Each of the three of those gorgeous cars getting thrown off the cliff made me very sad. I was yelling at the TV for them to stop!

Coming here and reading up on it, it's nice to learn that the cars were faked/previously wrecked, but it still made me very sad to watch.




I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
