Will they do a remake ?

I am amazed that no one has done a remake of this movie, i love the novels and short stories by Ray Bradbury.

Does anyone know if a remake has been preposed by anyone, and a script submitted to any of the studios ?

The Ray Bradbury Theater series contains alternate versions of the stories "The Veldt" and "The Long Rain."

Yeah well at this point 2010 was almost two years ago.
Anyway there was talk of a TV show based on TIM many years ago
