The King was in TWO places at once?

In an early scene, Anne (Bujold) is seen running from court and into the gardens laughing with her brother, George.

Anne is saying ''Was 'he' shouting for me?" and "How they quake when 'he' bellows!"

The "He" back inside must mean King Henry?

But Henry was already outside about 100m away shooting arrows at a target?

It was a red hearing for a possible sexual assault (by character unknown), but the plot was dropped, via editing, due to pacing issues.
