Also, the drunken grandmother tried to blackmail the artist into giving her
money, lest she tell the cops that the girl was working as a prostitute to
the artist. The girl gets into a fight with the grandma, and she ends up
going over a cliff and breaking her neck. The artist/girl argue as to
whether to go to the police, but the local cop comes by and determines
that it was just an accident. Also, the artist's "friend" had stolen his
last $300, and the grandma had stolen the girls money. At the end, the
girl got all her money back, and the friend was caught by the policeman,
and the artist got his $300 plus the artwork that was stolen back as they
hauled the friend back to the mainland to face charges of not paying alimony.
At the very end, the girl acts upset that the artist only wants her as a
model, but as they romp in the water at sunset, the artist confesses his
love for her, and the last line is her teasingly saying to him as they
grasp at each other in the water "So what are you going to do about it".
Fade out and happily ever after with the nymphet helen m. (I think I worked
it out that she was 24 when they made the film)..
