Mirren equal of any sex goddess of all time

Helen Mirren in this movie "Age Of Consent" is the equal and possibly superior to any of the legendary sex goddesses of the past-Monroe, Bardot etc. The way she moved in that little dress and when she removed the dress to reveal her magnificent body was exciting beyond words. What beautiful skin and with a bottom that was perfection. In simple terms-a dream come true as she posed in the water and on the beach. Hope that TCM will show it again soon, as I will record it as I want to be transported back in time to this gorgeous beach. I love any movie that can take you back in time and put you in another place and time. I may buy the DVD from Amazon.com as I can't get enough of thje free-spirited Helen Mirren in this movie. Hud

But the best part was when she was in the shack and she lets down her hair and looks at herself in the mirror. A wonderful depiction of a young woman realising what it is she's got

That WAS a great scene.
She had a womanly body @ a young age. Still does--40-odd years later. She's never been shy about sharing it with us, either. Plus, she's a great actress.

yeah, Monroe was hot (AND smarter than anybody gave her credit for), but had mental problems -- if ya like 'em crazy, fine. Mirren was, and is, a smart babe, and the body was, and probably still is, just as hot, and if you don't see that, YOU got mental problems!

Then I'm not right in the head. Monroe has a slight edge in terms of facial prettiness. Young Mirren canes her on overall allure, overall figure and rack, and Mirren overall destroys her in terms of acting ability.

The film was pretty rubbish to be honest but corrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!Keep your eyes peeled on the Film4 schedule.Watch the dog pull a really funny trick with his lead.
