Old clips gone?

Do they not play the classic cartoons or old sketches anymore? Looks like all new cartoons. I know as of 3 yrs ago they were.

Sesame Street's format has changed entirely. It was that, or the show would have been cancelled entirely in favor of making it an Elmo-only show.

They even have a warning on the DVD box sets the contain classic material that the content is "unsuitable for learning and should not be utilized as an educational tool."

Which translates to:

"There's little to no Elmo, so your kid is gonna commit suicide if he watches this."

The other person was a little rude and name-calling is unnecessary, but if "there's no Elmo, so your kid's gonna commit suicide" [paraphrased] doesn't qualify as sarcasm, I really don't know what does.

Yeah, I did. They have played the old clips from the 1969-1980's for years.:)

I recently got SS Old School volume 2 from the library, I was only 2or 3 when these clips aired in 1970, but it was a blast going down memory lane.
