Gordon and Sally

On the first episode Gordon took his new student Sally around Sesame Street since the teacher meeting was called off, but even in those days people would wonder why Gordon as a stranger was taking a new little girl around the street and his house for cookies. Also, where were her parents?

Does it really matter?

It's just a TV show for pete sakes!

Why are you on a message board about a TV show if you don't wanna discuss it?

Create a society in which you would like to live, not knowing what you're going to come into it as.

Interesting question, but here's a bit of trivia. The first Gordon was Matt Robinson, and Sally was Holly Robinson Peete, his real life daughter. She was famous for 21 Jump Street and Hanging with Mr. Cooper.

Actually that's not true.http://hooperfan.tripod.com/index-2.html
I read that from a very reliable source that she wasn't.

The link is it.

If you check out the other links on the site in has an online publication which was published in 1971 which says nothing about it.

You should find it in between chapters 1 and 10.

K, I can admit when I'm wrong. Dont know where I got the idea that Sally was Holly, but here is a link where she talks about her appearance where she only had one line.
