What was the one with the opening credits where you see Scooby in the water behind a boat on water skis or something and how come they never show that one?

Was there a shark behind him, biting his "skis or something"? I think it was a surfboard. This was that series with Scooby Dumb in some episodes, and Shaggy sings a line of the theme song. Wasn't it just called The Scooby-Doo Mysteries? This particular episode might have been the Shark God episode or it could've been the one with the ghost in the iron mask who "skied" on 2 sharks.
I wish they would show this series sometimes, but they seem to strongly favor the Where Are You? series.
That title was the syndicated one made for the Scooby Doo Show, which was the three seasons that are just like Where are you. The first season that show originally aired in the Scooby Doo and Dynomutt Hour, the second on Scooby's Allstar Laff-a-lympics, and the latter aired under the old Where are you name.
In later years of syndication all three seasons were packaged together as "The Scooby Doo Show" If you grew up in the 90s this is the format you have always known of those seasons.
