One of the funniest sketches to me of all time... But.. who are the two guys in the photo actually?
Im referring to the photo shown at the beginning of the skit... we are shown Dinsdale and Doug.. standing next to a tiger :)

I'd have to see the photo. The sketch was inspired by the Kray Brothers, the notorious London gangsters.
Fortunately, Ah keep mah feathers numbered for just such an emergency!
It's probably just stock photo, but as grendelhkan said, the Kray Twins are the inspiration behind the sketch.
