Was Shania Twain Ever a Guest on the Show?

I am a big Shania fan.

So please help settle a dispute between my wife and me.

I saw an episode the other night on CMT where Garth Brooks guest starred. It was from the early 90's, toward the end of the show's 25 year run.

I was wondering if anyone knows if Shania Twain ever maid a guest appearance on the show. She also started in the early 90's so it is possible that she could have been on as well.

My wife says she was never on the show; I think she may have been.

Can anyone help settle this argument? Thanks

As far as I can tell, there is no internet listing that she was ever on the show. She just dosen't seem that country to have appeared in the corn feilds of Hee-Haw county. Also, she didn't come out with her first single until 1993, the year after Hee-Haw had canned the show of new material. If she was ever on the program it would probably be from the time she moved to Nashville to before Roy Clark turned the show into his own, hosted "best of" colaboration in 93'. This would mean around about the 1991-1992 season.

Some of the "New Country" stars that did make an appearance however, include Alabama, Steve Warner, Reba McEntire, George Strait, Randy Travis, Sawyer Brown, Lee Greenwood, Alan Jackson, Clint Black, Garth Brooks, Travis Tritt, Lorrie Morgan, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Lyle Lovett, Alison Krass and Union Station, Sawyer Brown and Doug Stone, to name a few.
