The man crying in the phone!
On the early episodes of Hee Haw there was a man who stood at an old wall crank telephone with a hankercheif in his hands crying as he was talking on the phone! The conversation was always funny and made only funnier with his crying! I think I heard them call him Willie last night but I am not sure! I do not think he made it past the mid 70's and it was NOT Stringbean this I know for sure! Who was he?
