I have nothing but fond memories of this show.

It was one of those fun shows that grew on you over time, and the critics that didn't like it can FOAD IMO.

You know, I wasn't a big fan of it, but I did watch it when it was on (usually on Sunday evenings). It was a harmless fun show with some pretty girls that meant well. And I too have nothing but fond memories of it, and wish I could see it again.

Growing up I watched it every Saturday evening at 6pm (after the other country music shows went off & 'rasslin'). Saturdays were home-made hamburgers & fries & sweet tea & these things...

Hee Haw featured good music and well-meaning comedy for the most part not mean-spirited. It gave you the warm feeling of sitting around enjoying a good time with friends.

I loved the show too and I am not much of a country music fan. It was a lot of fun and it was something the family could watch.

I have to say I found this show pretty annoying growing up, but I absolutely love it now.
