I don't remember which season~s~ it was but when Peter's hair gets really straight on the sides and back and is really curly and BIG at the ends....Am I the only one who thought his hair style was going to flat out turn into Eunice Higgins's hair style from the Carol Burnett Show?! lol :)
I think Greg and Bobby went through that type of hair phase too, but not to the extent Peter did.

and bobby... well they had to dye Mike Lookinland's hair brown so he could 'match' Mike and the boys so maybe they were wary of dying his hair AND perming it as both are damaging in their own. and he had that shag haircut feathered to look halfway similar to mike and his brothers.

I thought Mike's hair was naturally curly and he had to straighten it, but just let it go curly once the Hawaiian episodes started.
