Lovely Rita, the Meter Maid

Now, admittedly, it's been some time (I saw this in '68), but, I could have sworn there was a bit where the submarine was about to be towed by Lovely Rita, the Meter Maid. Nobody had the cash to pay the ticket, so, the Beatles and Old Fred had to sing and serenade her. Did I just invent this out of my head or was this cut from the DVD?

I don't recall seeing anything like it in ANY of the versions I have seen, and that covers the original cinema release, my old Beta tape version, the later VHS edition, and the current DVD version.
