Wardrobe Malfunctions

I don’t want to give the impression that I was looking for such things but particularly in the theatrical trailer it seemed that both Tarzan and his young male costar had several rather noticeable wardrobe malfunctions. I found this difficult to understand and came up with three possible explanations.

1) The movie was sort of low budget so perhaps they didn’t have the money to re-shoot those parts.

2) Perhaps the movie makes felt that the presents of a loin cloth was enough to insure at least the intent of modesty as so a little glimpse of the scrotum might have been considered harmless in those more innocent days.

3) Perhaps the director thought that a little exposer here and there made the movie a bit more interesting or perhaps more realistic.

In any case I’m sure they would be a lot more careful about such things today especially so far as the boy was concerned.
