Is Guy supposed to be possessed

So is Guy supposed to be possessed and then he impregnates her or is it supposed to be that Satan is physically in the room and he does the deed while Guy is just watching with the rest of them? During the scene it looks like both scenarios could’ve been the case but can’t tell what part she’s supposed to be imagining.

You're right about the Satan part. Guy does the deed (at first) but then is possessed by Satan where Guy physically transforms into Satan or a demon like being. Supposedly this is shown in the rape scene in the movie, but I'm looking for it online but can't find it. Not without buying & watching the whole movie I guess.

My interpretation of the scene is that in the drugged up haze she's in, she thinks it's guy at first, but then realizes it's actually Satan having sex with her.

You're right, it's Satan.

It's not Guy it's Satan. Guy sold his soul to the group for fame and fortune and, in return, allows his wife to carry Satan's child. Poor Rosemary wasn't supposed to be aware of anything but because she didn't eat all of the mousse, she wasn't totally knocked out and was able to make out certain things, but mostly having hallucinations. It was only Satan on her that night.

If Guy had impregnated Rosemary the baby wouldn't have been a demon would it? You need to pay more attention and leave your bloody phone alone.
