I disagree. I say San Francisco in the 60s is the most perfect thing in this movie.
I loved seeing how so many recognizable scenes (and hippies) looked over 40 years ago.

She's definitely one of the most beautiful actresses to ever grace the silver screen (and very talented, too: DARLING, DR. ZHIVAGO, MCCABE & MRS. MILLER, AFTERGLOW, AWAY FROM HER, etc). Pacino wasn't joking when he called her "the most poetic of all actresses."
Without you, today's emotions would be the scurf of yesterday's.
