No. He trains children to steal for him. He exploits them, but there is no indication he has any sexual interest in them.

What specific scene in the movie causes you to say that it is obvious Fagin is a pedophile?
Actually since Fagin is a fictional character he is what the author, Charles Dickens, intended him to be.
I don't think anything in the film suggests fagin is a paedophile. But his character has been considerably softened from what it is in Dickens's novel. he is much more likeable.

The only pedophile here is mrmathexpert. Anyone who can watch this movie and think of pedophiles is internally sick and twisted. The authorities need to get the real name and address of mrmathexpert and keep an eye on him. He's the true pedophile.
