Prolific character actor John Fiedler (Vinnie in THE ODD COUPLE) has passed away at age 80. We will never forget his piping voice and his impeccable comic timing.

I can't believe it, He did the voice of Piglet in the winnie the pooh movies, I doubt it that there will be any more pooh movies, I can't believe he is gone. God Bless you and thank you for the great performances you did, RIP.

Agreed. He will be missed. Pretty good dramatic actor, too, with roles from "Lawyer Daggett" in "True Grit" to Jack the Ripper in a Star Trek epsiode.

I will always remember him in the original Bob Newhart Show, married to Doris and arguing with Mr Carlin. He was great.

To me he will always be EDDIE on an episode of The Golden Girls--the "love machine" they couldn't keep their hands off!

(Interesting that Herb Edelman who played Dorothy's ex Stan on TGG also co-starred with him in this.)
