Similar scene in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody

My two girls love The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. They were watching an episode one day and the scene from The Odd Couple when Felix ends up crying in front of the Pidgeon sisters is re-created. I told them it was an exact copy of the scene from the The Odd Couple and let them see it. They thought it was very funny.

I'm now thinking of suggesting they watch the whole thing with me (just an excuse for me to watch it again!). At the ages of 7 and 11, maybe they need to be a bit older to really appreciate the humour. Opinions anyone?

I absolutely agree. This is a comic masterpiece. The only problem is that most of the humor comes from Neil Simon's brilliant dialogue so perhaps the kids, especially the 7 year old, may not get a lot of the humor.
