Outside of the United Kingdom! (Although I too have ordered the Vincent Price Blu-ray boxed set for the Ian Ogilvy commentary for one thing, then there's all the other films, including "The Fall of the House of Usher" already on Blu in the UK also [Yes I know they're Region A encoded -I'm immune- and I know the Ogilvy commentary track is on the 'Midnite Movies' DVD, I have that, too.])
