Why didn't she reprise her role as Eleanor of Aquitaine?

What a stupid question. That's like asking "Why didn't Flora Robson reprise [sic] her role as Elizabeth the First?" in the Virgin Queen.

Seeing as how they got the exact same actor to play King Henry, it's a reasonable question.

LOL! It's not the least bit reasonable - unless you consider Pamela Brown to be the same caliber of actress Hepburn was. And fantasize that Brown had the same star quality and box office pull.
