How do you cope with a polystyrene crevasse....


....model paratroopers - no icy breath in freezing conditions and bullets that leave no mark in the ice and snow.

A - You just act the best you can and hope you get another part.

Speaking of polystyrene, the wind is whistling on the soundtrack but the poly snow doesn't budge. Neither does the fur on their parkas.

But you can still tell it's frozen. More than half the time the camera never moves and neither do the actors.

Forgot where, but read that some theaters brought back the previous "Cinerama" 2001. (In quotes because neither really was.)
