'Director's Cut'

I have just read, in an "Amazon" review, after the film was screened on the BBC on Saturday, that neither the Director's, "TS Elliot" ending, nor the correct, original aspect-ratio are reproduced on the various DVDs of the film.

Is the "Director's cut" available on DVD anywhere?
