This film seems super topical right now

Just realized when I started watching on TCM today, and before the Vulgaria part came up, uh-oh, not a good escapist movie nowadays. If you Google for memes this has not been lost on others.

Sure blame Trump for kids being removed from their parents. Don't blame the parents for teaching their kids its OK to break the law, and illegally enter foreign countries. Don't blame the problems or leaders in their home country which led them to flee. Just blame Trump for everything. How convenient.

The scary thing is, Biden doesn't even realize he's acting this way!

I'm so glad I can watch movies without making shaky comparisons between them and things in the real world that are completely unrelated.
