We all know that Ferd Berffle is actually the sire of the Farkle children. I remember a Farkle sketch where Ferd's own son was introduced--bald headed, big eared and bucktoothed--and he looked just like Ferd's friend, played by James Garner. Does anyone know what Mr Garner's character's name was?

Hank Hickle. I just watched the 25th anniversary special on an old VHS tape and that sketch was in there. The second character was actually Ferd's nephew, Farquhar (sp?), played by Henry Gibson-- bald, bucktoothed, but with normal ears. Good lord, did Garner ever look bizarre in that getup! The gigantic ears make him look like he's wearing a pair of old-fashioned headphones but without any headband. He's like something you might see after dropping acid (or so I've heard)...
