Nathaniel Marston has passed away

this is so sad. his accident happened where i live and he had been in a local hospital here with catastrophic injuries. this is from his mom's facebook page:
Nathaniel Marston UPDATE: November 11, 2015 - Dear family and friends, it is with a heavy heart that I share this devastating news. My beloved and cherished son, Nathaniel Marston, who was putting up the good fight until last night was not able to continue due to the traumatic and devastating nature of his injuries. Nathaniel passed away peacefully as I held him in my arms. Father William, myself and his second Mommy Lisa, and our dear friend Charlotte were by his bedside, he was not alone. His injuries, which Dr.’s did their best to heal were not responding to treatment and one after another his bodily functions failed to support his life.
Had Nathaniel lived he would have required a ventilator and would never have been able to utter one more word and would have been sentenced to life as a quadriplegic. A condition that Nate would have never have been able to tolerate. By Gods love and mercy Nathaniel was spared this living hell and has traveled on to be with God, his cherished Grandmother Mary Jackson, Grandfather John Jackson and my sister his Aunt Nora…. God is merciful and because of his mercy God ended Nathaniel’s pain and suffering at 3:15 today PST in Reno, NV. Nathaniel now lives with Father God, surrounded with peace, love and light.
Know that I am deeply grateful for all of you for taking this tragic two week journey with me Nathaniel and our family. Your unfailing support, prayers, love and positive thoughts that you have sent our way, in what has been the worst two weeks of my life, have held all of us up giving us the strength to get through each hellish day.
Arrangements will be made for a memorial service in New York City, NY, Kauai, HI and Gerlach, NV. As soon as dates for these services are known they will be posted. Again, thank you for your prayers, your love, your kindness and your friendship which has allowed me and my family to be strong enough to be by my son's side for these past 12 days. The outpouring of your love came as an unexpected gift and I don't know how I will repay you for all of your love, prayers and support. Thank you for sharing your love, your experiences with me about how my treasured child, a man who grew into an individual who touched more lives than I ever could have known. XOXOXOXOXOOX

He was one of the worst 2 characters of OLTL history, honestly. I'm glad for him that he does not have to live like that :/

Oh no way!! That title goes to the odious Morasco sisters.

Why do they call 'em soap operas anyway? Those things are FILTHY!----Fred Sanford

I loved him as Al Holden and Michael Mcbain the storyline of how the two became one was one of my favorite OLTL storylines.Loved him and Marcie because they were your average everday couple looks wise. Not your typical soap couple and thats what I liked about them.

the first of his memorial services was held yesterday in Gerlach,NV. i was going to attend but we were under a severe weather watch for a big snow storm. here are some quotes from his mom and a family friend:
this is from his mom:

The power went out here in the entire town of Gerlach at about 3:15 yesterday as we prepared to say goodbye to Nate at the 4PM memorial at Bruno's here in Gerlach...Nate took his last breath at 3:15 on Nov.11..Thank you Son for joining us yesterday at the first of your 3 planned memorials and for letting us know that you were there by turning the lights off in the entire town. I love you Nate and hold you in my heart and soul forever. Xxxxoooo

this is from a family friend:

Wouldn't you know the snow stopped as soon as it started yesterday. As we all prepared to spend time with Elizabeth Jackson as she said farewell to her beautiful son, Nathaniel Marston we lost power. She told how there was a big storm the day he was born and they lost power for 4 hours. Guess how long we were out of power?? I do believe Nate was with us. RIP Nate, forever in our hearts.

i believe as his mom and friend does that Nate was there letting his us know that he is still with us and letting us know he is fine where he is now...
