For some reason the episode I always remember is when Fred took a trip to the gramcracker factory.

Show #1520 from Day Care and Night Care. Yeah, that's one of my favorites too. It was particularly special because rather than show us a video of how graham crackers were made, Mr. Rogers went right to the factory and saw firsthand.
