How much of the series is on DVD? Were the Margaret Hamilton shows put on DVD? :D

Unfortunately, I don't think any of the Margaret Hamilton episodes were released to DVD.

Nope. She appeared in the last week of 1975 shows and the only week of 1976 shows. The shows on DVD are 1979 and beyond.
