what was the third segment in Batman??

From what I've heard, Batman was simply that. Batman.
At a comic con years ago, I saw a Batman segment on 16 mm VHS tape. It started with a 2 parter and at the end of part one, there was a tag telling you to tune in for the concluding half of today's dramatic Batman adventure, And at the end of the 2 parter, there was a tag that said a full a complete adventure story of Batman and Robin was up next. The two parter had Simon the Pieman in it and the single story had Catwoman.
I think that's the way they did it. From my research, half the episodes were 2 parters and the other half were 6 minute episodes. The Batman/Superman Hour was before my time, so I don't know how it was originally broadcast. But based on what I saw at the comic con, I'm guessing that was the original format as far as Batman went.
