There were 31 episodes over 2 seasons.
The TV.Com List was based on the episode guide I compiled for the Banana Splits website, which is presently under reconstruction. See it here:

Altogether, as far as the original series was concerned, there were 31 one-hour shows (18 in the first season and 13 in the second season), plus two fall preview specials (one for each season). Later, there was a one-shot revival, "The Banana Splits In Hocus Pocus Park," which aired as a segment on "The ABC Saturday Superstar Movie."
The first 18 shows were cut into 36 half hours and syndicated as part of "The Banana Splits And Friends Show," a 125-episode package which also included other Hanna-Barbera series: Atom Ant (26), Secret Squirrel (26), The New Adventures Of Huckleberry Finn (20), The Adventures Of Gulliver (17). These were not part of the "Banana Splits" series and they no longer air together.
